1. Students should initially apply for two degrees or just an MGIMO degree, and indicate this in their application forms.
2. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevance to the proposed field of study is preferred
3. All courses are taught in English
4. At least some command of Russian is recommended but not required. Students from countries other than Russia will attend courses in the Russian language — 6 academic hours per week at MGIMO
5. If the candidates’ command of Russian is adequate, during the M.A. academic year they can select additional courses from the courses available to the Russian students of the Master’s Program in International Relations and Political Science taught in Russian at MGIMO
